Hot Deviled Clam Snack

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can minced clams
- 1 c. clam liquid and milk to equal 1 c.
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until tender.

2Add flour, salt and pepper; blend.

3Drain clams and add quantity of milk to juice to make one cup.

4Add liquid to flour mixture gradually, until thick. Add remaining ingredients except for bread crumbs.

5Place in shallow glass pie plate.

6Top with buttered bread crumbs. Sprinkle top with paprika.

7Bake until brown at 350° or about 20 minutes.
