Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 lb. lean hamburger
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. hot Velveeta
  • 3 tomatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
  • 1 can chilies and green peppers
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped fine

Directions

    Brown sausage and hamburger until crumbly.

    Drain thoroughly. In chafing dish, melt cheeses.

    Add meat, soup, tomatoes, green chilies and onions.

    Mix well.

    Makes a large amount, but can be frozen.

    Serve with corn chips.
