  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion
  • 6 heaping Tbsp. Minute rice
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. celery
  • 3 c. diced carrots
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato soup

    Fry hamburger with onions, cut small, until tender. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350° for 2 hours.
