Ingredients

  • 8 each frankfurters (hot dogs)
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 cup onions minced
  • 1 each garlic cloves minced
  • 8 ounces tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash black pepper

Directions

    Fry bacon, onion and garlic until bacon is crisp.

    Drain most of bacon fat.

    Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper.

    Heat to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes.

    Add hot dogs, cover and simmer about 15 min.
