- 4 to 6 slices bacon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp, drain and crumble.

2Beat sugar into egg.

3Stir in vinegar and water.

4Add to bacon drippings in skillet.

5Cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add bacon.

6Cool slightly before serving. Great for spinach salad.

7Yields 1/2 to 3/4 cup.
