  • 1 can each: peaches, pears, pineapple, apricots, mixed fruit, red or green cherries
  • 2 cans Mandarin oranges
  • 2/3 c. oleo, melted
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. curry
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Drain fruit well.

    I prefer lite mix in oleo, brown sugar and curry.

    Two tablespoons cornstarch that is mixed with sugar and curry.

    Mix all together.

    Let set overnight.

    Bake next day for 1 hour at 325°.
