- 1 can each: peaches, pears, pineapple, apricots, mixed fruit, red or green cherries
- 2 cans Mandarin oranges
- 2/3 c. oleo, melted
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. curry
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Drain fruit well.

2I prefer lite mix in oleo, brown sugar and curry.

3Two tablespoons cornstarch that is mixed with sugar and curry.

4Mix all together.

5Let set overnight.

6Bake next day for 1 hour at 325°.
