Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can peaches in syrup
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pears in syrup
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple in syrup
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sweet cherries in syrup
  • 1 (16 oz.) can apricots in syrup
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla or rum flavoring
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Drain fruit, reserving 3/4 cup peach juice and 1/4 cup cherry juice.

    In saucepan, add remaining ingredients to reserved peach and cherry juice.

    Heat until smooth and thickened.

    Pour sauce over fruit.

    Bake at 350° until hot (approximately 20 minutes).
