  • 1 medium can sliced pineapple
  • 1 medium can peach halves
  • 1 jar apple rings
  • 1 medium can pear halves
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. sherry
  • 1 medium can apricot halves

    Drain fruits.

    Cut pineapple and peaches in half.

    Arrange fruit in layers in a large, deep casserole dish.

    In top of a double boiler, cook other ingredients until smooth and thickened. Pour over fruit.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Before serving, heat until bubbly hot.

    Serves 12 to 14.
