- 1 medium can sliced pineapple
- 1 medium can peach halves
- 1 jar apple rings
- 1 medium can pear halves
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. sherry
- 1 medium can apricot halves
Directions

1Drain fruits.

2Cut pineapple and peaches in half.

3Arrange fruit in layers in a large, deep casserole dish.

4In top of a double boiler, cook other ingredients until smooth and thickened. Pour over fruit.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Before serving, heat until bubbly hot.
