  • 1 can pineapple slices
  • 1 can pear halves
  • 2 cans peach slices
  • 1 jar apple rings
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sherry

Directions

    Drain all fruit and put in casserole dish.

    In double boiler melt butter, sugar, flour and sherry.

    Stir until thick.

    Pour over fruit.

    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.

    Bake next day at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
