  • 1 medium can sliced pineapple
  • 1 medium can peach halves
  • 1 jar apple rings
  • 1 medium can pear halves
  • 1 medium can apricot halves
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/3 c. sherry

Directions

    Drain all fruit.

    Combine oleo, sugar and flour; cook in double boiler until smooth.

    Pour over fruit.

    Keeps well in refrigerator for days.

    Before serving, cook for 20 minutes at 350°.
