- 1 (29 oz.) can peaches
- 1 (29 oz.) can pears
- 1 (29 oz.) can apricots
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Drain fruit, reserving 1 cup juice.

2Arrange fruit in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Combine reserved juice with brown sugar, cornstarch, orange rind, cinnamon and margarine in saucepan. Bring to a boil.

4Pour over fruit.

5Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
