  • 1 large can drained pineapple (sliced/halved)
  • 1 large can pears
  • 1 large can cling peaches, sliced
  • 1 large can apple rings, halved
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sherry

    Put fruit in casserole.

    In boiler, heat remaining ingredients until thick and bubbly.

    Pour over fruit and let stand in refrigerator overnight.

    Heat at 350° for 20 minutes.
