- 16 ounces sliced peaches drained
- 16 ounces pear halves drained, chopped
- 16 ounces plums purple, drained, pitted
- 20 ounces pineapple chunks drained
- 6 ounces maraschino cherries drained
- 2 bananas sliced
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 16 ounces applesauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine first six ingredients in 13x9x2-inch casserole.

2Set aside.

3Combine sugar, butter & applesauce in saucepan & heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

4Spoon over fruit.

5Sprinkle with brown sugar & pecans.

6Bake at 300 for 1 hour.

7Serve hot. (May be prepared ahead & frozen.

8To serve, thaw overnight in refrigerator.)
