Directions

   Prepare cake mix according to directions, adding raisins or nuts or 1/2 cup each and mix well just before pouring batter into pan to bake.

   After cake has baked and cooled, frost cake according to directions and top with M&M's in letter formation to spell Happy Birthday.

   It could also spell any other occasion as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Anniversary, etc.

   Use plain M&M's if using nuts in cake.

   Use either kind with raisins or neither.
