- 1 lb. can pineapple rings
- 1 lb. can peach halves
- 1 lb. can apricot halves
- 1 lb. can pear halves
- 1 (14 oz.) jar spiced apple rings
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. curry (optional)
- 1 c. cream sherry
Directions

1Drain all fruits.

2Arrange fruits in layers in order given in well-greased 2-quart casserole.

3Melt butter. Add flour, sugar, curry and sherry to melted butter and stir until thick.

4Pour this sauce over fruit.

5Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.
