- 1 (No. 2) can sliced peaches
- 1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (No. 2) can pear halves
- 1 (14 oz.) jar apple rings
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 1/2 stick margarine

1Drain

2fruit (save juice except pineapple juice).

3Save enough for 2 cups.

4To juice add cornstarch, sugar, sherry and butter. Cook until thick.

5Arrange fruit in Pyrex dish.

6Pour mix over fruit.

7Cook 20 minutes at 350°.
