- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. sliced meat
- 1 + Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 + Tbsp. A.1. sauce
- 2 tsp. Spanish paprika
- 2 tsp. hot chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. barbecue powder
- 2 tsp. sugar (optional)
Directions

1Marinate meat in mixture overnight or at least 12 hours.

2Stir or shake occasionally.

3Dehydrate at 145° for about 4 hours or until done.

4If using a smoker, omit the liquid smoke.

5Use generous spoonfuls of spices.
