- 2 (2 lb. each) salmon fillets
- pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Place fillets skin side down, side by side, in greased shallow baking pan.

2Sprinkle with salt, pepper and brown sugar.

3Drizzle with the liquid smoke.

4Cover and refrigerate 4 to 8 hours.

5Drain any liquid.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
