Ingredients
- 1/4 lb bacon, cut up into small pieces and fried
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c vinegar
- 2/3 c water
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1 pkg leaf lettuce, washed and drained (or fresh lettuce from garden)
Directions

1Fry and drain bacon, set aside, leaving 2 Tbsp of grease in the skillet.

2Mix sugar with flour and add egg.

3Mix vinegar with water.

4Add both mixtures together, and pour over grease in skillet.

5Cook over low heat until slightly thick.

6Pour over lettuce and garnish with hard boiled egg slices and crumbled bacon.
