• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon diced jalapeno (1 to 2)
• CHOCOLATE FROSTING
• 3 cups sifted powdered sugar ((3 to 3 1/4)
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 2 (1 ounce) packets choco bake unsweetened chocolate flavoring
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 3/4 cups sliced almonds, toasted
