Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) box elbow macaroni
  • 3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cut into pieces
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
  • 5 hot peppers, chopped
  • texas pete, yellow
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Cook macaroni.

    In skillet, add a little oil to cover bottom- cut bacon into small pieces and put in pan.

    Add chopped onions, green pepper, hot peppers, salt, pepper, and paprika.

    Fry until bacon is done, but not hard.

    Add mushrooms and texas pete hot sauce.

    Drain macaroni.

    Mix all together.
