- 12 ounces linguine
- 14 cup olive oil
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 yellow onions, peeled crushed
- 1 (1 lb) can tomatoes
- 34 cup dry red wine
- 14 cup tomato paste
- 12 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1heat oil in large pot over high heat.

2Cook chicken, remove from pot.

3cook onions 5 minutes.

4Add garlic, cook 4 minutes.

5Add tomatoes, break clumps.

6Mix wine, tomato paste & rosemary, add to pot.

7Return chicken to pot.

8Add salt & pepper, simmer 45 minutes.

9Cook liguine accordingly while sauce simmers.

10Toss with sauce and chicken with linguine, serve.
