- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans diced green chilies
- 1 large jar picante sauce
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown beef, onion and green chilies; drain well.

3Stir until cheese has melted.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Serve hot with taco chips.
