Hot Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb. hot ground sausage
  • 1 1/2 c. croutons or 1 small box
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce or 8 oz. barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 bottle hot barbecue sauce (save until last)

Directions

    Mix all together, except for bottle of barbecue sauce.

    Form into small meatballs.

    Bake at 350° until starting to get brown. Place meatballs in crock-pot and add bottle of barbecue sauce. Cook on low until ready to serve.

    Serve with cheese chunks and crackers.
