- 1 gal. cider
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
- 2 pieces stick cinnamon
Directions

1Heat the tea pot by rinsing with hot water.

2Bring fresh water nearly to a boil.

3Put 1 tablespoon dried or 2 tablespoons fresh herb leaves per cup into the tea pot.

4Add water and let steep for about 5 minutes.

5Cover the pot to enhance the flavor and retain the heat.
