  • 4 oz. Coleman's mustard (do not substitute)
  • 1 1/4 c. malt vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Mix mustard and sugar; add vinegar.

    Stir in eggs and cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

    If too thick, thin down with extra vinegar, adding a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
