- 4 oz. Coleman's mustard (do not substitute)
- 1 1/4 c. malt vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Mix mustard and sugar; add vinegar.

2Stir in eggs and cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

3If too thick, thin down with extra vinegar, adding a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
