- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 whole Eggs
Directions

1Preheat a non-stick skillet.

2Mix all ingredients together with a mixer until well blended.

3When non-stick skillet is hot put a large dollop of batter on it. Cook until the pancake is slightly browned on the first side, and then flip. When the other side is slightly browned they are ready to serve.

4Top with butter and syrup of choice.
