  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef
  • pecan halves
  • 1 small can El Paso chile peppers (optional)
  • butter

Directions

    Cut up dried beef.

    Let cream cheese soften.

    Mix together ingredients (except pecans).

    Bake at 350° until hot (15 to 20 minutes).

    Take pecan halves, butter them and bake for 3 minutes (until hot).

    Put pecan halves on top.

    Serve with Frito chips or breadsticks.
