- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef
- pecan halves
- 1 small can El Paso chile peppers (optional)
- butter
Directions

1Cut up dried beef.

2Let cream cheese soften.

3Mix together ingredients (except pecans).

4Bake at 350° until hot (15 to 20 minutes).

5Take pecan halves, butter them and bake for 3 minutes (until hot).

6Put pecan halves on top.

7Serve with Frito chips or breadsticks.
