- 1/2 c. whole pecans
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. milk
- 1 - 2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef (chopped)
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 small onion grated (tsp.)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Toast pecans, butter and salt in 350° oven approximately 5 -7 minutes and shake every couple of minutes. Mix rest of ingredients and place in buttered 8 inch pie pan. Arrange toasted pecan on top.

2Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

3Serve with crackers. This can be frozen and then baked after thawing.
