Hot Pecan Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion or onion flakes
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 small jar chipped beef (2 1/2 oz. or so), chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt (if using garlic powder, use 1/8 tsp.)

Directions

    Mix all these together and spread in a small casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecans.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
