- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lg. can tomatoes, chopped fine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. hickory smoked pepper bacon, chopped, cooked, and drained
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- Fresh Romano
- Parmesan
- 1 lb. Shell Pasta
Directions

1Saute garlic in oil until tender.

2Add tomatoes, juice and all.

3Cook down until sauce is very thick.

4About 15 minutes before the sauce is thickened enough, add red pepper and bacon.

5Cook the pasta.

6After draining the pasta, put it back in the pan then mix in the sauce.

7Dish up.
-
8Garnish with cheese.

9Serve with garlic bread.
