  • 2 c. pecan halves
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 to 5 dashes Tabasco sauce

    Melt butter in a shallow pan.

    Spread pecans evenly in one layer.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or just until nuts begin to brown.

    Do not overcook!

    Stir several times during baking.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over toasted pecans.

    Mix well. Spread on paper towels to cool.

    Store in jars with tight fitting lids.
