- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pt. peppers in sauce (tomato)
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Pillsbury all ready pie crust
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine.

2Brown ground beef.

3Add tomato sauce, peppers and cheese.

4Let simmer while you prepare pie crust, top and bottom.

5Fill pie crust with mixture, then put top on.

6Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350° for 20 minutes.

7Pull pie out and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake an additional 10 minutes.

8Let cool.
