Hot Pepper Spinach

  • 2 large cans spinach, drained
  • garlic salt
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. garlic, diced
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 brick Kraft hot pepper cheese

Directions

    Saute onion and garlic. Add spinach.

    Mix. Heat until hot. Add beaten egg, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. When really hot, add chunks of pepper cheese. Stir until melted.

    Pour into casserole. Bake at 350° until bubbly. Garnish with bacon bits on top.
