- 1 (32 oz.) bottle catsup
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 pt. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 gal. hot peppers
- 2 lb. all beef wieners
Directions

1Wash peppers and slice.

2Slice wieners.

3In a large skillet combine catsup, vinegar, sugar, oil and salt and garlic.

4Bring to a boil.

5Add peppers and wieners.

6Return to boiling again.

7Cook for 10 minutes.

8Pack in hot sterilized jars.
-
9Process in boiling bath for 10 to 15 minutes.

10Yields approximately 5 quarts.
