  • 2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained well
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 8 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick oleo, melted

Directions

    Mix together first 5 ingredients.

    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with finely crushed crackers and melted oleo.

    Bake at 375° until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly.

    Serve warm.
