- 1 c. Uncle Ben's converted long grain rice (uncooked)
- 5 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. green onions
- 3 Tbsp. chicken broth
Directions

1Cook rice according to box directions.

2Scramble eggs in 2 tablespoons of peanut oil and set aside.

3On medium heat, heat 3 tablespoons of peanut oil; add rice.

4Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

5Add chicken broth, onions, soy sauce, pepper, eggs and sesame oil.

6Continue stirring for 5 minutes.

7You may add chicken or pork.
