  • 10 Idaho potatoes cooked
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • parsley
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese diced
  • 1 slice fresh bread chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 c. corn flakes
  • 1 c. butter or margarine melted
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Moisten bread with milk.

    Then mix all the ingredients together and place in 9 by 13 inch casserole pan.

    Crumble corn flakes for topping. Bake at 350° for one hour.

    Great with ham or pork roast!
