  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 to 2 hot peppers, chopped
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 qt. tomatoes

Directions

    Prepare rice according to directions; set aside. Saute the onion in butter. Add hot peppers to taste.

    Add tomatoes; mix well. Add to rice. Salt and pepper to taste.
