  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 c. rice
  • 2 bell peppers (hot)
  • 1 large can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cans shrimp
  • 2 sticks butter

Directions

    Melt butter.

    Add onions, bell peppers, hot peppers, mushrooms, broth and shrimp.

    Let simmer.

    Add 2 cups rice and bring to a boil.
