- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet and add onion, green pepper, celery and mushrooms.
