  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Melt butter in skillet and add onion, green pepper, celery and mushrooms.

    Simmer until tender.
