- 2 c. flour
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt (scant)
- 2 1/4 c. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt; add hot water. Beat smooth.

2Add oleo and 4 cups flour (add gradually).

3Beat after each addition.

4Knead until smooth and elastic.

5Let rise until double.

6Form into rolls or loaves and let rise again.

7Set oven to 350° and put in pans.

8Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
