- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 egg white, whipped stiff
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water; add sugar and oil.

2Fold in egg white.

3Add flour and beat.

4Cover with dish towel and let rise until double.

5Turn out on floured surface and knead thoroughly. Make into rolls and let rise until double (approximately 1 1/2 hours).

6Bake at 375° to 400° until brown.

7Makes 2 dozen.
