  • 1 qt. warm water
  • 4 c. plain flour
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 pkg. yeast

Directions

    Mix yeast and water until dissolved.

    Add flour (additional flour may be added) to make dough soft.

    Knead lightly.

    Roll and cut out or pinch off; butter and let rise.

    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in 400° oven until golden brown.
