- 1 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 pkg. yeast (quick rise)
- flour (add until thick)
Directions

1Stir 1 cup hot water with the sugar, salt and oil.

2Add the warm water and cold water. Stir, then add the yeast.

3Add plain flour until thick. Cover with dry towel and let rise until double in size.

4Knead together and make into rolls.

5Let rise again. Bake at 450° for about 20 minutes.
