Ingredients

  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 pkg. yeast (quick rise)
  • flour (add until thick)

Directions

    Stir 1 cup hot water with the sugar, salt and oil.

    Add the warm water and cold water. Stir, then add the yeast.

    Add plain flour until thick. Cover with dry towel and let rise until double in size.

    Knead together and make into rolls.

    Let rise again. Bake at 450° for about 20 minutes.
