- 5 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. sweet milk
- 1 tsp. water
Directions

1Dissolve 2 teaspoons of warm water with yeast and add to all other ingredients.

2Then work it into a large ball.

3Grease slightly.

4Cover in bowl.

5Refrigerate and use in small or large quantities the next day.

6Make into rolls and sit about 1 hour before baking.

7Cook at 475° for 15 minutes or until brown.
