- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 1/2 c. water (lukewarm)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter-flavored Crisco
- 3 c. water (lukewarm)
- 1/2 c. coffee creamer
- 1 egg
- 8 to 9 c. flour
Directions

1Mix yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water; let set 10 minutes.

2Put dough hook on mixer and add the next ingredients.

3Add yeast.

4Mix in flour, a little at a time, until stiff.

5Turn into oiled pan and let rise 1 hour.

6Turn out on floured board and knead.

7Let rest 15 minutes.

8Make out into rolls; let rise.

9Cook at 350°. Makes about 35.
