Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. yeast
  • 1/2 c. water (lukewarm)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. butter-flavored Crisco
  • 3 c. water (lukewarm)
  • 1/2 c. coffee creamer
  • 1 egg
  • 8 to 9 c. flour

Directions

    Mix yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water; let set 10 minutes.

    Put dough hook on mixer and add the next ingredients.

    Add yeast.

    Mix in flour, a little at a time, until stiff.

    Turn into oiled pan and let rise 1 hour.

    Turn out on floured board and knead.

    Let rest 15 minutes.

    Make out into rolls; let rise.

    Cook at 350°. Makes about 35.
