Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 c. flour (one c. at a time)

Directions

    Cover dough and let set overnight or about 8 hours.

    Do not refrigerate.

    Roll out into rolls on floured surface and place in greased muffin tins or cookie sheets.

    Dough will be light and sticky.

    Cover and let rise 2 or 3 hours.

    Bake at 400° about 7 minutes until nicely brown.
