- 1 c. yeast mixture
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- salt to taste
- 1/4 c. sugar (more can be used, if you want it sweeter)
- 6 c. flour
Directions

1Mix yeast mixture, water, oil, salt and sugar.

2Mix well. Work in flour.

3Place in a covered container out of the drafts for 10 to 12 hours.

4Knead and put in a bowl to rise until double. Knead and make into rolls or can be made into loaves.

5Put in pans and let rise until double in size.

6Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
