Ingredients
- 6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast (dry)
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast in mixing bowl.

2Mix thoroughly.

3Combine milk and butter in saucepan.

4Heat until very warm (120° to 130°).

5Add to dry ingredients.

6Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes.

7Add eggs and 1 cup flour and beat 2 minutes.

8Add enough flour to make a soft dough.

9Turn dough on floured surface.

10Knead until smooth, about 10 minutes.

11Place in a greased bowl, turning to grease top.

12Cover; let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

13Make into rolls.

14Let rise until doubled.

15Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
